Who delivers the goods?
At the Enex online exhibition, you order the product directly from the manufacturer, and the delivery is arranged by the exhibition staff in the way you choose.
What are the delivery methods?
Delivery of products that you purchased on the Enex platform is carried out in the following ways:
- Pickup. If the manufacturer provides a self-pickup option, you can pick up your product yourself directly at the factory (from the supplier). The manufacturer on the Enex platform can add several different pick up points for user convenience;

Delivery by a transport company to the selected terminal or address. We cooperate with the largest company in the field of cargo transportation - "Business lines" and DHL. Terms and cost of delivery to Your city depend on the region and size of the cargo. You can specify the cost of the order when you place it or ask an employee of the online exhibition.
You can get the purchased product at any terminal of the transport company "Business lines" in your city, or at the address specified when placing the order, if you specified delivery by the transport company to the door.

How can I track the sent product?
After you have selected your preferred delivery method and placed an order, you can track the change in its status by using the number in your personal account, and track the direct location of the product by the track assigned by the delivery service.
