Kittory

The company was founded in 2007. It was a time of rapid development of the construction industry and high demand for construction equipment, which determined the direction of our business. At that time, we began our activities by supplying construction and heating equipment made in China and South Korea.

Gradually increasing the range and developing the company, we came to the need to create our own brand, which allowed us to influence the quality and participate in the improvement of products and production technologies.

Thus, in 2011, the KITTORY^® trademark was registered.

Today our company is engaged in the production and wholesale sales of KITTORY® brand products in eight main areas - these are inverter welding machines, concrete mixers, vibrating plates, piston compressors, sharpening machines, charging and starting-charging devices, thermal equipment and household pumps.

The company plans to expand its product range. Systematic market monitoring and demand study continues. We are trying not to stand still; negotiations are currently underway with large factories to organize the production of gasoline and diesel power plants and motor pumps of the KITTORY^® brand. We expect the first samples of this technology in the near future.

At the beginning of 2017, we updated almost the entire range of inverter welding machines, expanded their functionality, changed the design to a more progressive one, and introduced new competitive models.

The company's technical department carefully monitors customer reviews of our equipment. If operational problems arise, we correct design flaws. An example of this is the appearance of fan heaters with a telescopic stand. When working in very dusty rooms, the fan sucked dust from the floor, the heating element became clogged, which reduced its service life. It was decided to increase the height of the fan above the base. This is how fan heaters on a telescopic stand with variable height appeared.

Particular attention is paid to warranty and post-warranty support of our products. Agreements have been concluded with service organizations in all key cities and regional centers of the Far Eastern Federal District, Transbaikalia and Siberia.

We have organized a centralized supply of original spare parts, which are consistently supplied to authorized service centers and customers selling KITTORY^® equipment.

We understand that our success directly depends on the success of our clients and we pay special attention to this issue. Our main rule is an individual approach to everyone. Our attitude towards clients is embodied in a flexible system of discounts and deferred payments (the so-called trade credit). We regularly conduct various marketing campaigns. We take part in regional exhibitions and provide advertising support, which includes various printed products and advertising banners. Information support is provided by direct telephone and on the company website.

Delivering our products throughout the Far Eastern Federal District, Transbaikalia, and Siberia, we have established stable partnerships with several large transport companies - the main carriers in the region. At the same time, we always take into account the client’s wishes and are ready to send the goods by any transport company, at his request.

Not stopping there, we are currently introducing business proposals to the Western regions of Russia and are ready to further expand our client base.

Our main reward for our work is the grateful feedback from regular customers, for whom cooperation with KITTORY^® is a profitable partnership and a guarantor of further development. Many of our partners have been cooperating with us from the very beginning; together we have survived more than one economic crisis. Difficulties only strengthened mutual understanding and trust. Our goal is to organize the production of high-quality, reliable products and further promote the KITTORY^® brand. In close cooperation with our clients, we strive to grow to the level of a company known throughout Russia or even the world, and in the future to organize our own production of KITTORY^® construction equipment on the territory of the Russian Federation.
