Abrasive production was founded in 1991 as a small research and production collective enterprise "INF". Our strengths are an individual approach to each operation, quality at the level of global tool manufacturers, production flexibility (development, minimum time, minimum batches).

We strive to become the best in Russia in terms of product quality and customer service.

Our goal is to provide Russia with a tool of domestic production.

Since 1991, the company has been improving the production methods of abrasive composites on ceramic binders, magnesia-based (Sorel cement) and epoxo-urethane systems. The following product groups can be distinguished by their intended purpose:

• abrasive tools (production of abrasive tools on a ceramic bundle for industry and home),

• vegetable peelers and kruporushki (abrasive working bodies of food processing machines),

• wear-resistant products (production of wear-resistant products made of polycrystalline silicon carbide).

The company is the successor of the Soviet scientific school in the field of production and operation of abrasive tools. The staff includes two candidates of technical sciences who have defended their academic degree in the theory of abrasive processing, six researchers of the VOLZHSKVNIASH (the Volga branch of the All-Union Research Institute of Abrasives and Grinding), who worked in the Soviet era in the fields of production technology and operation of abrasive tools. There is a laboratory for the technology and operation of composites. Work is underway to create and test a new tool, and the experience gained is accumulated and systematized.

One of the core activities of VNIIASH was the replacement of imported tools. We continue to work in this direction. Every year, thanks to the introduction of research results, both individual positions and entire groups of imported tools are replaced.

Technological equipment is created on its own: mixing, pressing, thermal, equipment for mechanical processing of abrasive tools; a wide range of devices for production and control operations, pressing and casting equipment.

The priorities in the relationship with the consumer are responsibility and openness. The work of an abrasive can be compared to the work of a personal dentist or hairdresser - only stable quality can achieve trust. Therefore, we continuously improve the technology and organizational techniques.
