About company
The production company TOTH was founded in 2015 in Taganrog.
The main direction is the production and sale of TOTFLEX brand tools: cutting wheels, stripping wheels, stripping wheels, petal wheels and abrasive tools.
We produce high-quality tools in Russia on the basis of imported raw materials. This allows you to compete with imported and domestic manufacturers. Our job is to choose the most productive, safe and cost-effective method of surface treatment in your company.
Production
In 2018, the launch of its own line for the production of petal circles was carried out.
The plant is capable of producing circles from 115 to 180 diameters on a flat and conical substrate. The production facilities of the plant are designed to produce an extensive range of petal discs for metal processing both under its own brand TOTFLEX and within the framework of OEM cooperation with Russian partners.
In 2020, the company launched its own line for the production of grinding rollers.
The organization of its own production in Russia allowed PC TOTH to fully control the quality of products and promptly respond to changing market demands, as well as reduced costs, simplified logistics and shortened delivery times.
QUALITY
In terms of quality, TOTFlex circles compete with the products of well-known foreign brands of the premium segment due to the introduction of innovative technologies that have no analogues. Our own developments and a system of multi-stage testing of finished batches of products allow our company to produce tools with high operating parameters. Only those TOTFlex products that pass the test control with the best indicators are on sale, and this is a prerequisite. |
SECURITY
Abrasive wheels belong to the category of tools with an increased level of risk during operation, so special attention is paid to the safety of our products. On its own initiative, the company additionally tests all circles for side impact. According to the test results, the technical characteristics of the TOTFlex tool exceed the normative values of GOST and correspond to the European standards EN, and in some indicators exceed them. |
PRICE
The established cooperation with foreign companies allows us to integrate the most advanced technologies into production, adapting them to domestic raw materials. As a result, TOTFlex circles surpass similar products of well-known European brands in terms of wear resistance and quality level, and correspond to Russian analogues in terms of cutting price. This is evidenced by the data of independent testing*. |
VACUUM PACKAGING
Considering that the abrasive tool is characterized by increased hydrophilicity and loses up to 30% of its performance characteristics if storage conditions are not observed, we paid special attention to the packaging of products. At the end of the production cycle, TOTFlex abrasive wheels are placed in a vacuum package, into which silica gel is additionally injected. This technology eliminates the ingress of moisture from the outside and its adsorption inside the package. Even if the storage conditions have been violated, the wear resistance of TOTFlex circles remains unchanged. |
