ELSI manufactures milling cutters in accordance with GOST, dynamically balances and tests them, which will allow you to get high-quality tools of international standard at Russian prices.

Our company was founded in 1995 as a small production, and today ELSI milling cutters are known to more than three thousand enterprises and entrepreneurs in Russia and the EAEU countries.
