SIZ Twintos

Serpukhov Tool Factory "SIZ TWINTOS" was founded in 1934. The plant is a manufacturer of metal-cutting carbide tools used for processing materials of various hardness: from aluminum to hardened steels. The diameter of the produced tool is from 2 to 25 mm, the length is up to 180 mm.

The main products of the plant:

• High-precision boreholes with a diameter of 2 to 25 mm;

• Boreholes of normal accuracy with a diameter of 4 to 25 mm;

• End mills with a diameter of 2 to 25 mm;

• Drills with a diameter of 2 to 25 mm;

• Reamers with a diameter of 2 to 25 mm;

• Countersinks with a diameter of 2 to 25 mm.

The geometry of the manufactured tool, the use of wear-resistant coatings and the use of the latest developments in the field of special tools ensure high quality and durability of the tool with optimal performance, as well as significantly increase its service life.
