The French company GYS specializes in the manufacture of chargers, starting and charging devices, as well as welding equipment for the repair of car bodies and spot welding. A brief history of GYS

GYS was founded in 1964 and is still a family-owned company with more than 900 employees worldwide. The company is a major player in the market of development and production of welding machines, chargers and equipment for body repair.

GYS products

GYS manufactures products at its two factories and offers a wide range of products in three areas:

• Welding equipment. GYS offers one of the largest ranges of welding machines, accessories and consumables, from the most advanced industrial solutions to general maintenance and repair.
• Battery maintenance equipment. GYS is able to offer an extremely wide range of battery charging and maintenance products.
• Body repair equipment. GYS offers the world's largest range of repair equipment for vehicles in accidents, such as dent pulling, welding, riveting, lifting devices, induction heating systems, as well as a variety of additional tools. This product range has been developed in collaboration with the world's largest car manufacturers, who always trust us.

The Research and Development department, which employs more than 90 experienced engineers in various fields (electronics, mechanics, etc.), ensures continuous innovation for high-tech products. In 2014, GYS opened a new research center to provide design engineers with the best resources and equipment to develop innovative solutions and modifications. GYS strives to continuously offer new products to meet customer needs.
