The plant is a manufacturer of plumbing, construction, woodworking tools, various types of forgings made of black and stainless steels by hot stamping, as well as various types of tooling.

Forging and pressing production is mainly intended for the manufacture of forgings from ferrous and stainless steels by hot stamping on steam-air hammers. It consists of steam-air hammers weighing 1-2 tons of falling parts. Hot stamping of parts weighing up to 5 kg is possible. There is experience in stamping products up to 8 kg. The accuracy class of the products is T4-T5. For ferrous metal products, it is possible to use induction heating for stamping – there are 2 HDTV with a capacity of 100 kW and one with 240 kW. Possible production volumes are determined by the weight and complexity of the parts – up to a maximum of 3000 tons of forgings per year..

It is possible to profile products on a cross-wedge rolling mill made of rolled steel of round, hexagonal or square cross-section. The finished product can have a shape consisting of bodies of rotation, with the preservation of individual sections of a hexagonal or square shape. The diameter of the finished product in the range of 8-50 mm, length up to 320 mm. The initial rolling with a diameter of 16-18 mm, but can be changed for the task. The accuracy of the product is up to 0.05 mm, the metal utilization rate is up to 98%. The harvesting site can cut blanks from a circle up to 40 mm and a sheet up to 12 mm. It is possible to cut profiles of larger cross-section (maximum size up to 200 mm) on band sawing machines. The press section is equipped with presses with a force of 12 — 100 ts. It is possible to cut down parts from the sheet., bending, cold drawing. The correction section is equipped with stamping presses with a force of 400 ts. For parts weighing up to 2 kg, we can clean the scale in the rolling drums. Annealing and normalization of forgings can currently be performed for small batches of products.

The machining production is equipped with universal drilling, turning and milling machines, flat-grinding machines, manual grinding machines of the SHP2 type, hydraulic presses with a force of up to 63 tc. It is possible to process products by high-speed and shaped milling., turning, broaching holes. Heat treatment of products with heating on HDPE and quenching in salt isothermal baths is carried out. 

Tool production is intended for the manufacture of mainly die tooling. For the manufacture of complex tooling, there is a vertically milling three-axis machining center HAASVF-2. It is possible to manufacture stamps, molds, and other complex products with dimensions up to 750x400x400 mm, weighing up to 1200 kg. The processing accuracy is 0.005 mm. The material of the product is steel, cast iron, non—ferrous metals. The AccuteX wire-cutting machine is used for the manufacture of flat parts of arbitrary shape, such as templates, die-cutting dies.

For the manufacture of small hot stamping dies for parts up to 3 kg, erosion machines with graphite electrodes are used. It is possible to heat-treat die tooling weighing up to 500 kg in salt isothermal baths.

The coating section is composed of an oxidation line, a galvanizing galvanizing line, a polymer paint coating section, a paint coating section.

Plastic casting site - plastic covers and handles are cast from polyethylene and polypropylene on hydraulic presses using molds of their own manufacture. There is a small area for applying plastisol coating on small parts.
