2. Polymer concrete base

The bed of the cnc milling machining center is made by mineral casting. The composition uses polyethylene polyamine hardener, epoxy resin and quartz filler of various fractions. This unique solution allows you to achieve four key advantages over cast iron bases:

• increase of vibration damping properties of the machine by 8 times;
• reduction of the equipment production cycle;
• cost reduction for the end user.

3. International shipping

We deliver by transport companies to anywhere in the world. Pickup - from a warehouse on the territory of the plant in Kovrov.

4. Commissioning works

The Kvant company assumes full responsibility for putting the equipment into operation.Including the following works of a technical specialist:

• setting up and running the equipment;
• demonstration of all hardware functions;
• manufacturing of the test part;
• organization of training of technical personnel at the facility.

5. Warranty

The standard warranty period for the equipment is 1 year. Optional extension of the warranty period to 3 and 5 years is possible by agreement.
