The MIZ plant was organized in 1919 and was the first specialized tool factory in Russia. Currently, the Moscow Tool Factory is a modern highly equipped enterprise for the production of precision tools of classes A, AA and AAA. More than 80% of the instrument is certified according to Russian standards. We have mastered the production of tools according to international standards ANSI (USA), DIN (Germany), British and Japanese standards. MIZ products are well known in the USA, Germany, Italy, Turkey, South Korea, Israel and other countries.
In the technological process, almost all finishing operations are performed on high-precision equipment of such world-famous companies as Klingelnberg, Wendt (Germany), Reishauer (Switzerland), etc. CNC machines are widely used. The plant has a modern complex of measuring equipment that allows maintaining a high level of product quality.
Back in 2008, MIZ developed a "Program for the reform and development of JSC MIZ for the period up to 2012". The implementation of this program gives certain positive results.
