RV PLAST LLC produces and sells plastic products to meet the needs of the Russian construction market. Our products are used as auxiliary in construction works, as well as in the process of interior decoration.
We are not new to this market segment: the company appeared back in 2007, and since then has managed to strengthen its position and become a modern production and technical enterprise with high capabilities.
Over the years, we have created a wide client and partner base. We work with all our colleagues and customers adhering to the principle of "Union without marriage".
And indeed: modern equipment, innovative technologies, constant updating and timely maintenance of equipment allowed us to minimize the number of defects, as well as defective parts.

We do not skimp on updating molds and carefully monitor their resource so that the quality of products is consistently high, we have 6 production lines installed.
With the expansion of the range in 2015, and the commissioning of lines with a new line of packaging buckets. We decided to install IML robots on these lines.
This technology allows us to melt a pre-prepared label, not mediocre into a bucket. Thus, the label and the plastic bucket are one. To achieve the best product quality, we use the same label material as on packaging containers. Thus, to the advantages already available in plastic buckets, we add the advantages of IML technology:
- Abrasion resistance of the label
- Thanks to IML technology, the image on the package turns out colorful and does not fade with time.
- The main advantage of this type of labels is the protection of products from counterfeiting. After all, few people will afford to buy expensive equipment for counterfeiting relatively inexpensive goods. Thus, at the moment the RV Plast company has collected and offers its customers the best in the plastic packaging market.
RV PLAST LLC is an individual work with each client and a flexible pricing policy. The main contingent of our consumers are large and medium–sized organizations, so the rate of release of goods is calculated in pallets. Moreover, it can be both a homogeneous product and pallets of assembled products from the company's catalog.
