The TONAR company is Russia's largest manufacturer of goods for fishing, hunting and camping.
The history of the enterprise goes back to 1988, when the cooperative for the production of consumer goods - PC "TONAR" was registered. The main products of the cooperative are various metal and plastic products: hunting traps, hand carts, bathroom sets, graters, door latches, breadcrumbs and other products designed for a wide range of consumers. The name of the cooperative was intended to emphasize the type of its activity — goods to the people (abbreviated TONAR). The products of the cooperative were in great demand throughout the USSR.
In 1999, a new product was launched into mass production — an ice drill, which later became the anchor product of the TONAR company. To date, more than 4,000,000 ice drills of different series have already been produced. Ice drills "TONAR" or as they are also called "Barnaul ice drills" are in great demand among both winter fishing enthusiasts and sport fishermen, including in foreign countries.

The extensive production facilities of the TONAR company are located on an area of more than 25,000 square meters. The company has modern high-tech equipment: CNC machining centers, laser cutting and metal bending plants, high-performance stamping complexes, welding robots, injection molding machines, polymer painting lines. Equipping workshops with this equipment has significantly expanded the capabilities of the enterprise in the field of metal processing and production of plastic products, which makes it possible to produce a large volume of high-quality products and, accordingly, reduce the cost of goods.
Every year the company increases the range of products under its own trademarks "TONAR", "HELIOS", "NISUS" and "PREMIER FISHING" to meet the needs of even the most demanding customers. Ice drills, PVC boats, hunting traps, barbecues and smokehouses, silicone baits, fishing boxes, clothing and equipment, camping and tourism products and much more — today the company's assortment includes more than 15,000 manufactured products, which means hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers!
But the main capital of the enterprise is the people who work for it. The achievements of the plant are inextricably linked with the work of the older generation of employees who took an active part in the establishment of the plant and made a significant contribution to its development. The company employs children, and even the grandchildren of the oldest workers, who were given the best skills from father to son. The current generation of employees, supporting and continuing the traditions of veterans, contributes to the development of the enterprise.

Products under the trademarks "TONAR", "HELIOS", "NISUS" and "PREMIER FISHING" have repeatedly won the "Best Product of the Year" contests in Altai, won medals and diplomas at Russian and international exhibitions. The product sales market covers not only the whole of Russia from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, but also the countries of the near and far abroad – Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Hungary. More than 5000 wholesale companies and stores are our regular customers. Participation in international exhibitions has significantly increased the volume of exports to countries such as Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the USA.
In the summer of 2018, the TONAR company also launched a new unique project – a mobile exhibition of goods for fishing, hunting and tourism. A special truck with products of its own brands traveled more than 20,000 km in 100 days to present products in 40 major cities of Russia.
In honor of its thirtieth anniversary, TONAR Group of Companies invited more than 200 partners from all regions of Russia and neighboring countries to the opening of the exhibition and presentation of new products in June 2018. Visitors of the Altai Trophy exhibition were able not only to get acquainted with new products, but also to receive professional expert advice and place an order. The exhibition has become an effective mechanism of business communication, another evidence of the growing interest of our society in a healthy lifestyle and active recreation.
In April 2020, the wholesale and exhibition hall of the TONAR company was opened in Moscow.A spacious exhibition hall with an area of more than 2500 m2 allows you to show the entire range of products for fishing, hunting, tourism and outdoor recreation. A warehouse distribution center with an area of more than 1500 m2 allows you to quickly ship products to any region of Russia and abroad.
