LLC "NPK "Polishing Tool" (LLC "NPK "Abrasivintech Group") produces elastic grinding and polishing tools on a polymer binder (abrasive wheels of a straight profile, porous and cast), designed mainly for polishing, finishing and stripping of soft and viscous materials such as titanium, stainless steels, heat-resistant alloys, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, other non-ferrous and precious metals and their alloys, as well as for grinding and polishing ordinary and structural steels, wood, stone and plastic.

We produce a tool with a wide range of performance characteristics. Variations in porosity (from 5% to 60%), elasticity (elasticity), abrasive material and binding compositions make it possible to obtain tools for use in various fields of industry.

The advantage of this tool is to ensure the necessary cleanliness of the surface treatment with effective removal, which allows you to obtain a high-quality treated surface in fewer transitions than when processing with a traditional tool (including replacing several operations when processing with petal circles). The use of high-molecular binder materials ensures high durability of the manufactured tool.

Grinding and polishing wheels work in self-sharpening mode, are well profiled and keep the profile, do not require much pressure, do not get salted, do not give burns on the surface, do not overheat the treated surface, keep the speed better than vulcanite circles, partially replace knurled felt circles, less dust than petal circles.

Currently, a grinding tool has been developed and successfully used for processing turbine blades in various operations, grinding molds and dies, for stripping and polishing furniture fittings and art casting, in the production of Teflon-coated tableware, for stripping burrs, welds, etc.

The working speed of the circles is up to 18 m/s, while the lower specific gravity and elasticity ensure greater safety during operation. Circles can work both with cooling (any type of coolant) and without it.

The exceptional reliability of the proposed abrasive tool on a polymer bundle is ensured by the use of unconventional manufacturing technology, stable rheology and physico-mechanical properties of the abrasive polymer composition. The products are certified.
