LLC "PTK "AbrasivBel" produces abrasive wheels of various diameters (from 115 mm to 230 mm) and thicknesses (from 0.8 mm to 10 mm), which allows you to carry out the necessary work as efficiently as possible, use it for cutting a variety of materials, while achieving a very precise cutting.

Cutting wheels can be installed, not only on angle grinders (grinders), but also on stationary machines in which a landing hole is provided and a nut is available for fixing the circle. Cutting wheels can be used to cut various types of metals with high precision and high quality. Our cutting wheels are manufactured in the Republic of Belarus with the use of an abrasive cloth reinforced with a special mesh, which gives them the highest strength and prevents the scattering of fragments in case of damage to the cutting disc. The main materials for the manufacture of metal cutting wheels are vulcanite and bakelite, which are covered with a layer of abrasive made of electrocorundum or silicon carbide. When choosing cutting wheels, you should pay attention to such parameters as diameter, thickness and material from which the disc is made, and a properly selected tool will allow you to do the work quickly and efficiently.

With angle grinders, cutting wheels are used for cutting metal, stone, ceramic and other materials. Each category of cutting discs is made of the type of abrasive and binder that are best suited for a particular type of work.

Cutting wheels have a number of advantages:

• high accuracy (smooth cuts without chipping);
• the cutting wheel is self-sharpening (when carving, the blunted grinding grain is replaced by the next grain);
• unlike a diamond wheel, it does not heat up to a temperature above 80 degrees during operation, therefore it does not require cooling.

Our cutting wheels are capable of cutting various types of steels, but the size of the circle must correspond to the dimensions of the workpiece, taking into account its wear.
