OAO Luga Abrasive Plant is a modern multi-profile enterprise with a century-old history located in Luga, Leningrad Region. Today it is one of the world's largest single production of abrasive tools, and the LUGAABRASIV trademark is an internationally recognized quality mark of Russian tools.

Scale and geography

The plant is a high-tech production complex with a total area of 513,000 square meters. m. The company employs 1,665 highly qualified employees, and the annual production volume of cutting wheels exceeds 300,000,000 products.

All products are manufactured in Russia, at our own production sites located in the Leningrad and Pskov regions. This allows us to fully control the quality at all stages of production and guarantee the stability of supplies.

Products

The range of the plant includes over 14,000 standard sizes of products. We produce:

• Cutting, grinding, polishing and stripping wheels;

• Petal circles;

• Grinding segments and bars;

• Flexible-based products (sandpaper);

• Graphite-containing and fireclay products (crucibles, muffles, etc.) for melting and casting non-ferrous metals.
