The history of the company began in 1997, when a workshop was opened in the city of Kaliningrad, where the first apparatus designed for rewinding, measuring and quality control of fabric was invented and built.

Classification

Now a wide range of various electrical equipment is used in the industry, namely sewing machines, cutting machines and ironing equipment.

But at the initial stages of sewing production, you can not do without cutting machines that allow you to assess the degree of compliance with the grade of the canvases, unwinding and rewinding the matter, measuring its length and width, and also cutting the material into pieces of the right size.

Rewinding and cutting equipment

It includes unwinding and decking machines, cutting tables, measuring and rejection installations, vertical and disc knives. For the manufacture of small parts, there are cutting presses and plotters. With the help of these installations, it is possible to produce parts of any curved shape from high-height fabric floorings.

All these devices allow you to increase the production capacity of clothing parts and paper patterns for sewing. Disassembling devices are used to detect defects in matter, to measure the parameters of the canvases being checked and to rewind them.

Rewinding machines allow you to wind fabrics and nonwoven webs on cardboard rollers of various diameters, as well as to wind webs from several rolls into one. It is impossible to do without these devices at small and large sewing factories, ateliers and production organizations for the manufacture and sale of nonwoven fabrics.
