Sibkabel

Sibkabel JSC is a leading Russian machine-building company that manufactures a wide range of electrical products.

It was formed in 1941 in Tomsk on the basis of the Moskabel and Electroprovod factories evacuated from Moscow. In August 2011, Sibkabel JSC joined Cable Alliance Holding .

The plant's product range includes over 45,000 brand sizes. The main groups are: power cables up to 1 kV, control, telephone, flexible power cables, installation, winding, enameled wires, cables for submersible electric pumps.

Consumers of cable and wire products manufactured by Sibkabel JSC are railway and oil companies, organizations in the mining, energy and construction industries.

Sibkabel JSC has an important advantage over other cable and transmission manufacturers - close cooperation with the NIKI Cable Research Institute in Tomsk. The Institute has a powerful testing center and a well-equipped pilot production facility, which allows it to quickly respond to market changes in a highly competitive environment by upgrading existing ones or offering new types of products.

Today, NIKI develops new types of cables and wires, as well as performs certification tests of products for compliance with state and international standards.
