STC58 is Russia's only specialized manufacturer of tools for professional engine rebuilding. Since 2016, we have been designing and manufacturing high-precision tooling and supplying a full range of consumables for cylinder heads and engine blocks. Our in-house manufacturing guarantees international-standard quality at competitive prices. We supply workshops across Russia and worldwide with everything required for turnkey engine repair.

The Beginning

Founded in Penza in 2016, STC58 set out with an ambitious goal: to become Russia's sole specialized manufacturer of high-precision engine rebuilding tooling. We saw repair shops and service centers struggle with a shortage of high-quality, affordable tooling.

Our journey began with the production of solid carbide valve guide pilots. What set us apart from day one was our readiness to engineer custom tooling based on client drawings, starting from just a single piece.

A Revolution in Lead Times and Scale

In the early years, demand outpaced our capacity, and customers waited up to 90 days for orders. We responded by tripling our manufacturing capacity! Today, even the most complex custom order is fulfilled in under 30 days, while the vast majority of standard tooling is in stock at our warehouse in Penza (7A Tereshkovoy St.) and ships the same day the order is placed.

Brand Establishment

All our tooling is manufactured on modern CNC equipment produced in Germany, Russia, and China with tolerances down to 0.003 mm, using ultra-durable VK10KhOM solid carbide (90 HRA). We are not just a manufacturer — we are STC58, a brand that stands for guaranteed quality.

• Incredible Precision. The defining hallmark of our tooling is machining accuracy down to 0.003 mm (3 microns). This is critical for restoring cylinder head and block geometry, ensuring tight seals, and extending engine service life after repair.
• Premium Grade Material. We exclusively use VK10KhOM grade solid carbide (tungsten carbide). Its outstanding hardness of 90 on the Rockwell A scale (90 HRA) delivers unprecedented wear resistance and extended tool life even under heavy-duty operating conditions.
• Diamond Grinding. Diamond grinding wheels are used for the final superfinishing of this ultra-hard material, ensuring flawless surface quality on every finished product.
