The company's products meet special and general industrial specifications and are successfully used in aircraft construction, shipbuilding, oil and gas and mining industries.

Our Advantages:

• Import-substituting materials.Russian analogues of imported materials have been developed, including REMA TIP TOP materials, as well as a range of derivatives with specified performance characteristics (oil and gas resistance, heat resistance, antistatic). The materials provide a level of equipment protection comparable to Remaline with stable delivery times.
• Unique production capabilities. The presence of large-sized 2x2 and 2x3 m presses makes it possible to produce molded and non-molded products of increased dimensions that are inaccessible to most manufacturers.
• Full production cycle. The company carries out the selection and development of formulations of rubber compounds, the design of parts for specific operating conditions, the design of technological equipment, the manufacture of products and their testing, as well as the preparation of the necessary technical documentation.
• Certified quality control. Our own accredited laboratory ensures that our products meet high industry standards at all stages of production. Sintez production facilities and scientific and technical potential‑Kirovets ensures the creation of rubber compounds with improved and unique characteristics, optimized for operation in extreme conditions. The company acts as a reliable supplier of solutions for high-complexity tasks, from serial production of standard items to the manufacture of products with special properties according to individual customer requirements.
