The company "Hi-tech Tool" is a Russian manufacturer of small-sized equipment for drilling and processing metal edges.

High-tech Tool products are widely used in industrial production, installation of metal structures, repair of construction machinery and equipment. Our equipment is indispensable in field work, in the construction and maintenance of pipelines, bridges, cranes, tanks and other structures, as well as in the production of boilers. Our specialization is magnetic drilling machines with electric drive. We have been engaged in the production of magnetic drilling machines since 2007 and have long reached the European level of quality.

What else do we develop and produce besides magnetic drilling machines:

• mobile and portable chamfer pickups for edge preparation for welding;
• rail drilling machines for railway and crane rails;
• grinding machines for spiral and core drills;
• portable gasoline impact wrench;
• grinding heads for lathes;
• a large assortment of various equipment and cutting tools.

The design of magnetic drilling machines of our production uses German electric drives Eibenstock, recognized in the world as a standard of performance and quality. All other components, with the exception of buttons and fasteners, are developed by our company.

In the production program of the company "Hi-Tech tool" there are constantly 10-12 models of drilling machines on a magnetic base. They cover everything that is necessary to solve a wide range of tasks for drilling metal structures, repairing equipment, manufacturing span and prefabricated buildings. We also produce unusual models of machines with electric and pneumatic motors.

Magnetic drilling machines of our design, depending on the type and model, can:

• drilling;
• countersink;
• unfolding holes;
• cut through or blind thread;
• drill oval holes.

The company "Hi-tech tool" has a fleet of modern machines and has the ability to manufacture magnetic drilling machines not only under the name of the customer (OEM, private label), but also with the properties specified by the customer.

We are constantly improving technologies by directing them:

• to improve the functional properties and reliability of manufactured magnetic machines;
• and to reduce the cost.

The result of such work can be called one of the most economical magnetic machines in the entire post-Soviet space. The work on improving the drilling machines on the magnet does not stop for a day.

In addition to the development of portable and small-sized metalworking equipment, our organization considers all applications from potential customers for non-standard products.
