Green Tools

"Green Tools" is a Russian enterprise producing cutting tools for various applications.

With the help of a fleet of modern and high-precision equipment, our company manufactures axial and attachment tools in HM and PCD versions, as well as circular saws with HM and PCD cutting elements.

Our tools are used in the aviation, instrumentation, machine building, oil production, metallurgical and wood processing segments.

The tools produced by us comply with Russian and European standards.

Also, our company manufactures products according to individual orders, as a number of technological operations cannot be performed with standard cutters. For example, in the production of furniture and joinery, companies try to produce products of their own design and construction, which is dictated by the requests of the market and customers.

In particular, the company has developed special design of the cutters based on polycrystalline diamond for woodworking and metalworking of non-ferrous metals (invention patent "Cutter cutter cutter" № 2725454 from 12.12.2019). The organization of the production of the full cycle of the cutters of this design is carried out with the support of the Fund for Assistance to Innovations within the program "Commercialization" (turn IX, contract No. 646GKS4/55876 from 04.12.2019).
