Elmix

ELMIKS is a research and production enterprise founded by specialists from the oldest factory of electric welding equipment, “Elektrik,” which will celebrate its 130th anniversary in December 2026, and by specialists from the Institute of Welding of Russia (formerly VNIIEISO). The goal of our enterprise is to preserve and enhance the technical achievements and traditions of the factory in the field of creating mass‑produced equipment for resistance welding, and to apply the results of the Institute’s scientific activities in the production of specialized types of equipment.

LLC "ELMIKS" produces:

• all types of resistance welding equipment — spot, seam, and projection welding, including direct current and low‑frequency resistance welding machines, as well as overhead machines;
• specialized types of equipment — diffusion welding machines and friction welding machines;
• welding equipment control systems — microprocessor regulators for resistance welding machines, thyristor contactors.
• control and measuring equipment for welding – electronic welding process recorders of the RKDP series;
• equipment for demagnetizing pipelines KP‑1420M.

All equipment is manufactured using modern components; when producing non‑standard equipment, the customers’ technical requirements are taken into account.

The wide range of equipment produced allows us to accept requests not only for the manufacture of new machines, but also for the modernization of the Customer’s existing welding equipment fleet based on modern control and monitoring systems.

Modernizing equipment not only restores its functionality but also reduces the costs of purchasing new machines.
