E1 INDUSTRIAL is a model range of angle grinders for industrial use at large industrial facilities, designed for operation in harsh production conditions.

The product has been refined taking into account the specifics of operation and climate, as well as digital interaction for effective management of the tool fleet.

At the peak of its development, the company produced about 2 million tools per year, of which more than 500,000 were supplied to the Russian market, and the rest was exported abroad, including to the USA, Europe, and other countries.

Features of the plant

The production site in Engels has a rich history — previously, tools under the E1 brand were produced here for the Russian and European markets. High quality standards and a meticulous approach to production processes form the foundation of the company’s operations. The plant has preserved its functional integrity, production capacity, and technological expertise.

Local production

In Russia, a production facility has been established that covers all stages — from the development of molds and the production of components to the assembly of finished tools for several segments. Plans include expanding the product line with a new generation of cordless tools.

Own development center

The plant has become the platform for the largest technology center in the field of power tools in Russia.

The factory conducts regular checks to ensure compliance with quality and standards. Equipment is in place to test the geometric, physical, and electrical properties of components and semi-finished products. The products are tested for quality and reliability on test benches, as well as under practical and real‑world conditions.
