The Belgorod Milling Plant enterprise was founded in 1972. It has now been renamed the Belgorod Mill and Special Tools Plant.

During this long time, the plant has gone through a long evolutionary path of development, acquired a leading position in the market of metal cutting tools in Russia and proved itself as a manufacturer of high-quality tools and a reliable business partner. A modern machine tool fleet allows you to provide services for individual metalworking operations:

• group of CNC machines: turning, milling machines with the possibility of 5-axis machining of parts;
• a group of universal milling machines with the ability to process parts up to 1000 mm.;
• a group of grinding machines, including special ones for sharpening cutting cutters up to D315 mm.;
• group of grinding machines - for flat grinding with dimensions up to 1000 mm, for round grinding for parts up to 400 mm in diameter. and up to 2000 mm long.;
• a group of lathes for machining parts up to 600 mm in diameter. and up to 2000 mm long.;
• a group of electroerosive wire-cutting machines with the ability to process products with dimensions of 300x500x400 mm.;
turning and backing machines for the manufacture of backed disc cutters with a diameter of up to 160mm. and up to 300 mm long.

heat treatment:

• structural and tool steels with dimensions up to 400 mm. and weighing up to 100 kg.;
• high-speed steels with dimensions up to 400 mm. and weighing up to 30 kg.
