In 2026, ROLTEK celebrated its 26th anniversary. ROLTEK is a manufacturing company specializing in metalworking.

The company's policy is to develop its own production using high-quality materials and high-tech processing methods. One of ROLTEK's priorities is to continuously increase labor productivity and improve metalworking technologies using the latest tools and equipment.

An important task for us is to maintain the price level for our products. Many of our products have not gone up in price even once since their launch.

Our suppliers include partner companies selected over the years, most of which are Russian manufacturers. We do not purchase materials and components from suppliers in the Asian region, because our main task is to produce products of the highest quality.

We do a lot to provide our customers with stability and confidence in the future, the opportunity to plan and develop their business.

Products

ROLTEK has been manufacturing components for sliding gates for 26 years and is the only manufacturer in Russia with a full production cycle located in our country.

In the Russian market, MICRO, ECO, EURO, and MAX sliding gate systems have proven themselves to be reliable, in-demand, and trusted components. ROLTEK's professional sliding gate components have proven high technical characteristics that are necessary for the assembly and installation of sliding gates with a long service life and uninterrupted, intensive operation.

The range of components for sliding gates is constantly being supplemented with new promising products, and each product is being improved.

In 2014, we expanded the field of components for suspended gates and identified a new direction - Suspension systems. ROLTEK suspension systems are brand new high-tech trolleys, brackets, holders and grippers designed to move equipment and cargo in industrial workshops.

Production

Since 2000, we have been striving to increase our own production, gradually including all processing stages in our own production cycle.

Today, ROLTEK has a powerful production base, including high-tech milling and turning, high-precision profile rolling, modern welding production, and laser cutting. One hundred percent of our products are produced on the territory of the enterprise in St. Petersburg.
