The Center for Special Clothing is a modern sewing company with its own experimental design and production base, equipped with high-performance equipment. For 27 years, under the Uniform trademark, the Company has been producing technological clothing for the personnel of chemical and pharmaceutical, electronic, space, optical, cosmetic, food industries, medical and medical institutions.

The company is actively working in the market of technological clothing for cleanroom staff of purity classes 3 ISO and below (zones A, B, C and D according to GMP), being the main manufacturer of this type of clothing in Russia. In close cooperation with the Association of Micro—Pollution Control Engineers (ASINKOM), the Barrier clothing collection was developed that meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 14644-1:2017, GOST R 52249-2009, GOST R ISO 9001 - 2015(ISO 9001:2015) and GOST R 52538-2006 "Clean Rooms. Technological clothing. General requirements".

Design and production

According to Customer feedback on the technological and hygienic properties of clothing, the Company's specialists improve and complement the product range. The company welcomes the design and production of new models.

At the Customer's choice, the logo can be embroidered, applied by silkscreen printing or transfer printing.

Regulated pre-production, modern production facilities and the use of state-of-the-art technologies combined with service services make it possible to meet the requirements of the most demanding Customers in the shortest possible time.

Highly efficient sewing production ensures the annual production of 30 thousand sets of technological clothing of high quality.

Quality and guarantees

In the production of technological clothing from the Barrier collection, high-quality polyester fabrics with conductive thread of European and Asian production are used, which have minimal dust and lint generation, high barrier and antistatic properties, and resistance to repeated treatments. The composition of the raw materials of the fabrics: 99% polyester fibers and 1% carbon thread.

The approval of new fabric articles and their introduction into production are preceded by testing of tissue samples for compliance with physical and hygienic parameters with the requirements of standards.

The use of certified fabrics and accessories, combined with the technological features of processing this type of clothing, ensures product compliance with the requirements of GOST R 52538-2006, which is confirmed by the Conclusion of Pharmaceutical Plant Immunolex LLC.

Product quality improvement measures allow the Customer to guarantee the preservation of the operational characteristics of clothing according to the Product Passport for 12 months or 75 cycles of "washing-sterilization" from the date of receipt of the product by the Consumer.

The Company's team has adopted a Quality Policy, which has been developed and documented in a set of documentation on the Quality Assurance System. The quality management system is certified for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2015.
