Development
In 2011, Shturm completed an investment project to acquire and equip a Class A warehouse complex in the nearest Moscow region. It is equipped with a modern system of shelving storage "Skladex", for work the equipment of the leading European manufacturers is used: "Linde", "Crown". We have implemented a WMS system for automating the operational work of the warehouse, which is responsible for organizing internal processes and eliminates paperwork.
In the summer of 2011, the management of "Sturm" made a strategic decision on the development of the retail business. As a result, an online store was opened. In the modern world, it is difficult to overestimate the importance and potential of the e-commerce segment. We understand that this is not only an additional channel for promoting our brands, but also a direct contact with the consumer, which will allow us to understand the client and his needs.
