Concord
The further development of the enterprise turned out to be closely connected with the growing safety requirements for cable products and the tightening of fire safety standards. As customers' needs were formed and competencies were built up, Concord LLC mastered such product designs as –LS, -LSLTx, -HF. An important stage in the technological growth of the enterprise was the production of fire–resistant cables (version -FR), which together with the use of low-smoke and halogen-free materials allowed us to offer a wide range of products of a fundamentally new level of safety.
In recent years, Concord LLC, together with manufacturers of load-bearing systems, has participated in the development and certification of such technical solutions as OKL, which are the next step in improving the safety of electrical systems of public buildings. In parallel with the development of the nomenclature of cables for stationary laying, a project for the production of products with flexible TPJ was implemented. This decision showed the outstripping growth dynamics, which continues to persist to the present. The latest innovation was the development of cables with covers based on vulcanized rubbers.
Currently, various areas of activity are allocated geographically and organizationally, in connection with which, since 2020, we declare ourselves as the Concord Group of Companies, in which Concord LLC implements the task of developing and manufacturing cable products and is the oldest and leading enterprise.
In 2021, Concord LLC turned 30 years old.
We tend to consider these years not as a burden, but as a reliable basis for future successes and achievements, as well as a guarantee of reliability and confidence for our consumers.
LLC "Concord" provides a full technological cycle of cable products production: from wire drawing to the application of outer coverings based on cross-linked and vulcanized materials. The plant's equipment fleet is balanced and the technological cycle has no pronounced bottlenecks, which allows achieving minimum production times and its high economic efficiency. Together with planning, this approach avoids storming and does not cause situations in which the execution of the production plan is possible only with a violation of production technology. The necessary engineering and production preparation are carried out by our own specialists, which greatly reduces both the time and the cost of the necessary measures.
New production facilities are being built from scratch using VENTALL technology, which is much more efficient and faster than repairing outdated industrial buildings of the Soviet era. The equipment of the enterprise allows to produce copper conductive cores of 1,2 and 5 classes with a nominal cross section up to 300 mm2 both round and sector shapes with covers based on PVC, PE, TEP and vulcanized rubbers (including with a thermal barrier on mica meringue), as well as finished products based on them in armored and shielded versions.
As of the beginning of 2021, the range of products was 38 brands of more than 2000 standard sizes.
The main groups of manufactured products:
- power cables for stationary laying up to 1 kV inclusive with PVC-based covers (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions);
- power cables for stationary laying up to 1 kV inclusive with covers based on halogen-free compositions (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions);
- PVC-based control cables (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions);
- control cables with covers based on halogen-free compositions (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions);
- flexible power cables up to 0.66 kV inclusive for non-stationary laying with covers based on rubbers and thermoplastics;
- flexible power cables up to 1 kV inclusive for fixed and stationary laying with PVC-based covers;
- wires with PVC covers.
