Nevsky Filter LLC Plant No. 1 is a Russian manufacturer of personal respiratory protection equipment. We produce respirators of various shapes (molded and folding) and all degrees of protection (FFP1, FFP2, FFP3). Respirators under the brand name NEVSKY FILTER are used in many industries: healthcare, construction, agricultural work, manufacturing, woodworking, chemical processing, petrochemical production, pharmaceutical production and others.

The Nevsky Filter Plant is one of the few competitive Russian companies manufacturing respirators using modern technologies and high-tech equipment. The engineers of our plant have extensive experience in automation of production in other areas of engineering and very successfully transferred this experience to the production of SIZOD. On the basis of the Nevsky Filter plant, there is a design and technology department, where new products and accessories for them, molds and equipment for the production of respirators are designed.

We design

For the production of SIZOD, we use high-quality hypoallergenic filter materials, as well as functional fastening systems that ensure comfort and optimal tightness of the respirators to the user's face. All components of the SIZOD have quality certificates, which is

Strict quality control at all stages confirms our serious approach to the production process. We pay special attention to test tests, each batch of products, for full compliance with the declared technical characteristics.

The personal protective equipment produced by us fully complies with GOST and technical specifications. Our products are certified and have a Registration certificate No. RZN 2020/11777 issued by the Federal Service for Supervision of Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor), as well as a Certificate of Conformity No. ROSS RU HB. H08725.

At our company, the main elements of quality control are:

Input control, including checking the supplied raw materials for full compliance with the declared technical characteristics and related technical documentation;
Inspection of technological equipment and all tools used in production;
Control over all processes that make up the full working cycle for compliance with the production technology;
Inspection of the entire technological process and the enterprise in the complex.

The policy of the NEVSKY FILTER plant is aimed at improving the technical production level, improving the quality of filter masks and respirators, their competitiveness, expanding sales markets, as well as reducing production costs and cost.
