The Energokabel plant was created in the city of Elektrougli, Noginsk district, Moscow region, according to a special project of the State Design Institute of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy and the All-Russian Research Institute of the Cable Industry. The first products of the enterprise entered the Russian market in 2002. Throughout all the years of its operation, the plant has been developing intensively, increasing its capacity, and currently its product range includes tens of thousands of product brands and sizes. However, the secret of the success of JSC "Energokabel Plant" is not only in the exceptional breadth of its product range: the enterprise is recognized as one of the industry leaders in terms of the quality of its products, and today the very name "Energokabel" can serve as a synonym for the reliability of cable and wire products. The Energokabel plant ranks 5th out of more than 20 leading cable plants in Russia for the production of cables with plastic (PVC) insulation for a voltage of 1 kV. This type of cable is primarily used in domestic and industrial construction, as well as in energy. The plant is the only enterprise in Moscow and the Moscow region that produces a full range of cable products in PVC insulation.

All products of the enterprise are certified for compliance with national standards.
