SamZas
The flexible production and sales structure of JSC "SamZAS" allows you to meet the needs of both large corporate clients and small enterprises as much as possible, having the opportunity to:
- fulfill orders of any volume;
- to produce alloys by pre-order, as well as to carry out prompt shipment from the warehouse of the enterprise.
At the same time, the price level for the supplied products is optimally combined with its high quality.
Custom Aluminum Casting
In 2002, the company put into operation a custom-made aluminum injection molding shop.
The company has the ability to design molds and stub dies. The plant has equipment for the implementation of shot blasting and stumping of aluminum castings. The company has mastered more than 100 types of products.
Production is carried out on high-pressure casting machines with a locking force of 160 t( 1600 kN), 250 t (2500 kN), 500 t (500 kN) with a pressing force of 49 t (490 kN) and a pressing speed of 5 m / s, the maximum weight of the poured metal is 6 kg.
In injection molding, the molten metal, which has a temperature of approximately 700 °C, is fed into the steel molds at high speed under high pressure.
To achieve a combination of price and quality, SamZAS offers its customers the following methods::
- increasing the nesting capacity of molds
- reducing the weight of castings
- selection of aluminum alloy
Pressure casting (LDP) occupies one of the leading positions in the foundry industry. The production of aluminum alloy castings in various countries is 30..50% of the total output (by weight) of LDP products. The following positive aspects of the LPD process are highlighted:
- High productivity and automation of production, along with low labor intensity for the production of a single casting, makes the LPD process the most optimal in the conditions of mass and large-scale production.
- Minimum allowances for machining or not requiring any other, minimum roughness of untreated surfaces and dimensional accuracy, allowing you to achieve tolerances up to + _ 0.075 mm per side
- The clarity of the resulting relief, which allows you to get castings with a minimum wall thickness of up to 0.6 mm, as well as cast threaded profiles.
- The cleanliness of the surface on untreated surfaces, allows you to give the casting a commercial, aesthetic appearance
The main parameters that affect the process of filling and forming the casting are as follows:
- pressure on the metal during filling and pre-pressing;
- pressing speed;
- design of the gating and ventilation system;
- the temperature of the molten alloy and forms;
- modes of lubrication and vacuuming.
The injection molding process is particularly competitive in the production of large batches of components. The surface quality and dimensional accuracy are better than when casting in coquille. The size error during casting is minimal, which requires minimal subsequent machining. The injection molding can not be heat treated, but because of the rapid cooling of the melt, it has good strength.
Aluminum injection molding is used in components of the automotive and electronics industries.
Equipment
The production shop of aluminum alloys is equipped with flame-reflecting furnaces of various capacities, automated loading devices, two conveyors for casting metal into molds.
The production of alloys is carried out in melting complexes based on reflective furnaces with a volume of 10 tons or more. This makes it possible to produce more than 45 different grades of cast aluminum alloys according to GOST 1583-93.
For the successful operation of the enterprise, the plant has created and certified its own laboratory complex. Consisting of a spectral and physical –mechanical laboratory.
The spectral laboratory is equipped with modern imported equipment that allows you to quickly and accurately control the chemical composition of the melt. The control is carried out on the SPECTROLAB device.In the laboratory of physical and mechanical tests, the mechanical properties of alloys and castings are determined.
