INVACO GROUP LLC (LLC INVACO GROUP) is an association of manufacturing, trade and service organizations combining innovative developments, production and implementation of highly effective industrial paint coatings to protect structures from the corrosive effects of aggressive external environment and to give long—lasting decorative properties to various structures and mechanisms of industrial and civil construction.
Since 2020 INVACO Group has been producing paint and varnish materials on the territory of the Russian Federation under its own new brand INVACO ® (Innovative Coatings).

INVACO ® is a comprehensive high–tech and durable protection of metal and mineral surfaces (concrete, reinforced concrete, etc.) from the effects of industrial atmosphere and aggressive environments.

INVACO ® Scope of application:

• hydraulic engineering and port facilities;
• transport infrastructure (bridges, interchanges, overpasses, tunnels, etc.);
• chemical industry;
• metallurgy;
• oil and gas complex;
• mechanical engineering and rolling stock;
• shipbuilding and ship repair
• metal structures for various purposes, etc.

INVACO Group has its own research and development center. The laboratory is equipped with the most modern equipment and highly qualified specialists in the field of chemistry and technology of organic coatings.

INVACO ® products are developed and manufactured based on the actual requirements for protective coatings at specific application sites. When choosing a protective system, the following are taken into account: application conditions, type of aggressive atmosphere or environment, required service life. Our products are maximally adapted to work in a wide temperature range of weather and climatic conditions characteristic of various regions of the Russian Federation. For this purpose, a line of coatings with the possibility of application at negative temperatures has been created: from minus 25 ° C – single–component compositions and from minus 15 - two-component compositions.

Issues of quality and consistency of supplies are a priority for INVACO Group.

The unique multi—stage control at all stages of manufacturing - from the acceptance of raw materials to the testing of coating systems in the laboratory ensures the stability and high quality of the products.

Obtaining confirmations from independent laboratories about the declared parameters of materials and coating systems is evidence of product quality. The availability of test reports containing real qualitative characteristics provides an opportunity for our Client to objectively evaluate the proposed solution. Therefore, before applying within the framework of a specific project, all INVACO ® coating systems are tested in independent laboratories for compliance with the requirements of national and international standards, as well as industry documents.

Technical support

INVACO Group provides full technical support at all stages and includes:

• selection of optimal coating systems;
• development of technological regulations for application;
• pilot tests at facilities;
• conducting coating tests and participating in tests to assess the qualifications of painting personnel (so-called CPT);
• consulting and training of specialists of contracting organizations;
• step-by-step quality control of painting works and surface preparation;
• monitoring of the condition of coatings on operated structures.
