How do we produce our brushes?

• We buy beech wood in the Krasnodar Territory. It is from there that the future brush begins its journey. First, the tree undergoes complex processing - sawing, drying.
The blanks (literally, blocks of wood) arrive at our factory, are sorted according to specifications and stored, waiting in the wings to become a brush.
• First of all, the workpiece is sent to the milling machine – that's where it gets its shape. The operator inserts the blanks into the cassette and pulls out the finished pads.
• Then the pads are sent for mastic treatment. The mastic and pads are placed in a rolling drum that rotates, and the brushes are soaked with a specially formulated mixture of linseed oil and beeswax.
• The next stage is stuffing the pile into the pads. According to a specially set program on a stuffing machine, tufts of lint are inserted into the pad and fixed in it.
• The brush is ready! Now the brushes are placed in boxes and waiting for orders in our warehouse.
