2018-2022

2018 Launch of automated lines

• The production of stainless steel spatulas has been launched.
• Increased production capacity by 2 times.

2017 Launch of several production lines at once

• We started producing mini-rollers and spatulas with a two-component handle.
• We have launched sites for cutting down metal for spatulas.
• We purchased a MAZAK turning and milling machine, which allows us to independently service our machines and molds.
  

2016 Global changes

• The production and office were moved to the street. Station, which allowed to increase production capacity to 25,000 m2.
• We have organized new production sites, equipping them with modern equipment: a casting workshop, where injection molding machines (TPA) are located, a metal bending line.
• The release of the tile alignment system (SVP) has been established.
• Step-by-step import substitution with goods of own production.

2004 Extruder

• We purchased German equipment for pipe extrusion for paint rollers.

2003 New Era with thermofugin

• The thermofusion machine was the first to be launched in Russia. This made it possible to improve the quality of the rollers, and also to maintain the demand for painting products. For several years, the sales volume has increased by 3 times.
• Specialists of the design bureau have developed the shape of needles for needle rollers. Their improved design makes it possible to distribute the solution more efficiently over the floor surface.
• Needle rollers began to be produced.

2002 Relocation and new production

• Increased the production area to 1 000m2.
• Launched the production of crosses for laying tiles.

1998 Start of production

• We have launched the first line for the production of budget rollers.

1995 Founding of the company

• Became a distributor of painting tools of foreign manufacturers.
