The production division in the Republic of Bashkortostan is an enterprise of a full metallurgical cycle: from the smelting of complex grades of steel in small batches to the manufacture of wire of various diameters. A modern certified laboratory of metallography, chemical analysis and physical tests ensures quality control at all stages of the technological process. This makes it possible to produce wire not only according to existing regulatory and technical documents (GOST, TU), but also to develop new materials in accordance with market requirements.

In the city of Dolgoprudny , Moscow region , on an area of more than 1000 sq . m. there is a warehouse complex and a site for winding on frame cassettes K200, K300, K415; plastic cassettes D200 and D100, winding in coils MP-100. In the near future, it is planned to launch a welding rod straightening and cutting line.
