Lifan

One of the largest Chinese concerns – Lifan – has been specializing in the production of buses, passenger cars, ATVs and power equipment for more than 20 years. It all started in 1992 – when the company "Chongqing Hongda Auto Fittings Research Centre" (the current name is Lifan) was founded in Chongqing. Yin Minshan, its head, initially wanted the company to become a leader in the field of motorcycle repair. However, about 10 years after its foundation, the company significantly expanded the scope of its activities and began to focus on the serial production of buses, passenger cars and components for them. Gradually, the number of customers increased: today, the concern's products have an impeccable reputation not only in China, but also far beyond its borders.

Lifan products

Lifan has gained considerable fame thanks to the creation of various technical characteristics of gas modules, generators, pumps, crankcases, fuses, engines. According to the loud statements of the creators and consumer reviews, the performance of the power units is truly magnificent. The range of choice is incredibly wide: gasoline engines alone have several varieties, varying in volume or power. Every year there are more and more factories, they begin to appear in Russia, Belarus, other CIS countries and Europe.

The products have improved significantly over the past few years, because Lifan has started to cooperate with Ricardo – it specializes in high-performance engines. This union promises exceptionally positive news in the future regarding the development of new units. As a result of this consolidation, an engine (with a cylinder volume of 100 cm ³) with an electric starter has already been created, as well as a fairly well-known two-cylinder model in narrow circles (the volume of each cylinder is 125 cm³). Most recently, the stages of development of gasoline engines, the volumes of which are equal to 1000 and 2400 cm³, have been completed.

An important niche of the Chinese Lifan plant is diesel and gasoline generators, characterized by a high degree of reliability and quality of production. They are ideal for hunting and tourist purposes, for construction work and backup power supply of suburban areas. Lifan motor pumps, also powered by diesel or gasoline, are also in demand among buyers. Low-noise and high-performance, they are used to work with low-polluted or clean water, for irrigation purposes or as fire-fighting means. In the winter season, snow plows will be indispensable, which can be characterized by ease of operation and good performance.

Lifan also produces other types of power units. There are lawn mowers, cultivators, and even electric welding machines. As you can see, the choice of products is very large: the key to such a wide variety of high-quality equipment lies in the production capabilities of the concern.

Everything by the standards of modern times: production features

The popularity of goods depends on how diligently and according to what principles they were made. Therefore, it should not be surprising that high-quality Lifan products are obtained when automatic devices of the new time and only modern materials are used in full force for its manufacture. Before sending components to the conveyor, they are thoroughly washed, treated with special compounds and dried in the designated places. Preliminary work before the assembly of the unit is a check for defects and an assessment of overall performance.

The equipment at the plants of the Lifan concern, where power units are manufactured, is an indicator of impeccable quality. There is really a lot to choose from, because the range of its vastness is amazing. The goods serve for a long time and efficiently cope with the tasks assigned to them, while they are not too expensive, especially in comparison with their European counterparts. Efforts and scrupulousness in the work of employees have been repeatedly noted at international competitions of companies with prestigious diplomas and titles.

In total, the corporation owns about 4.5 thousand patents – the Lifan research center is operating at full capacity, as evidenced by this number. Some truly unique developments around the world have no analogues. Despite the fact that the company is located in China, it is also appreciated in the western regions of Europe. The team of professionals consists of more than a thousand employees who work daily for the benefit of the concern. Qualified specialists are often sent abroad to gain experience and improve in the performance of their work.

Lifan confidently looks to the future – there is no doubt about it and there can be no doubt! By expanding the customer base and international credibility by distributing really high-quality products, the company shows strong competitiveness. The products of the concern can be easily found in specialized stores or purchased online.
