I catch with a feeder on the overgrown shore, where I always struggled with the hook: I cling to the grass, then the fish comes off at the water's edge. After buying the Rybotyaga, I simply roll out the ladder from the water to the shore, and now the trophy goes along it without hitting the reeds and driftwood. In a couple of trips, I pulled out some good bream — there were noticeably fewer gatherings, and I'm no longer afraid to put thinner leashes.
It is important for me to minimize injury to the fish, especially when I practice the principle of "catch–release". The RYBOTYAG allows you to bring fish along the surface of the ladder, rather than dragging it through bushes and driftwood, due to which the scales and fins are less damaged. I notice that the fish looks much better after fishing than after the standard tinkering with the hook on the overgrown shore.

I use the RYBOTYAG all season on different bodies of water — from ponds to a large river. The ladder material is dense, durable, can withstand the weight of decent fish and is not afraid of contact with the rocky shore, with careful handling there are almost no signs of wear. When folded, the structure takes up a minimum of space in the trunk and in the garage, so now it is a mandatory part of my fishing kit, like rods and a hook.
I go fishing by public transport, so all the equipment should be as compact and light as possible. The RYBOTYAG folds comfortably, almost does not weigh down the backpack and is suitable for both shore fishing and fishing from an inflatable boat, which I rent. I like that the device really replaces the hook in most situations: the fish can be safely guided along the ladder to the shore or boat, even in difficult areas with driftwood and algae.
