The advantage of our tool is a special method of applying an intrinsically safe coating, which allows you to etch an intrinsically safe layer directly into the structure of the tool (etching into the metal), avoiding nickel and zinc substrates. This coating lasts an order of magnitude longer, and resists abrasion better. Also, this method eliminates the peeling (foiling) of the copper layer from the surface of the tool. Thus, our tool is close in characteristics to the keys made of AKN alloy and BeCu, AlCu alloy, but significantly cheaper.
