Luna

In an effort to surround yourself with objects made of natural materials, eat natural products, wear clothes made of natural fabrics, use natural finishing materials, the philosophy of life is expressed, striving to flow in harmony with nature, to be a part of it as much as possible.

The use of natural paints completely fits into the idea of commitment to the love of nature and natural materials.

What is the essence of the philosophy of LUNA natural paints?

In an effort to preserve human health and the environment through the use of natural substances, among which humanity has lived for millennia. There are no components harmful to humans and animals in natural paints.

• Full declaration of ingredients;
• The process of creating natural oil, completely different from the creation of synthetic paint;
• The ability to absorb into the top layer of wood and become part of the tree when drying
• The pores of the wood remain open to water vapor and closed to liquid water. Thus, a tree covered with natural oils breathes. When the size of the tree changes due to weather conditions, the natural paint shrinks or stretches along with the wood. The water vapor coming out through the wooden walls from the room to the outside does not meet obstacles and goes into the atmosphere, while the paint remains on the tree.
• Ease of application, the ability to modify the surface or create decorative effects;
• Excellent aesthetic properties. The colors are rich and deep. The tree looks "alive".
• Oil compositions are about 2 times more economical than conventional paint.
• They have a long, up to 30 years, service life.
• On the street, they need updating after 5-7 years and do not give peeling. To update, it is enough to apply one layer on top of the existing one. The northern and shady sides of the house will require renovation 2-3 years later.

Health, environmental friendliness, beauty, economy and reliability. These are aspects of the philosophy of LUNA natural paints.

Ancient wisdom and modern production methods have contributed to the emergence of new generations of linen oil paints. They do not contain toxic pigments. They serve for a very long time, they are eco-friendly and fully comply with the philosophy of natural paints.

If we want to see the future, we must look back and "rediscover" ancient wisdom for ourselves.

Production

Our factory produces only natural oils, waxes and varnishes. At the same time, no chemical reactions occur, only heating and mixing. Natural oils and waxes remain natural.

We use technology and equipment identical to what works at the same German factories. Most of the equipment is manufactured in Russia, which we are proud of. For the stability of production and the rapid increase in output, the main machines are duplicated.

Laboratory

The plant has its own laboratory equipped with everything necessary for the development of new formulations and quality control of products during its production. We instrumentally control the following properties of oils: particle size and agglomerates, time of all drying stages, dynamic and conditional viscosity, coating hardness and gloss degree.

InVeNa

InVena is a voluntary association of companies declaring the ingredients of the entire product range. The data provided is controlled by an independent public body and communicated to consumers.

The company "Super Natcher" is the only Russian company that is a member of the German association InVeNa.

All LUNA products have a full declaration of quality. We do not hide our ingredients and only for thorough independent checks of our formulations.
