PJSC "IFO"(Instrument. Forms. Tooling.) – one of the leading enterprises in Russia, specializing in the development and manufacture of molds for vulcanization of tire products, rubber products, molds for plastic products, die tooling, various types of tools.
Founded in September 1992, PJSC "IFO" is currently a modern machine-building enterprise with a complex of well-equipped production facilities:
- production of tire molds with sections of mechanical and locksmith processing, including procurement and welding departments with a section for the production of inserts obtained by casting aluminum alloys under pressure;
- tool production with a section for the production of molds for products obtained by injection molding from aluminum alloys, a procurement and thermal section.
The main strategic goal of the company is to ensure stable quality indicators of its products in accordance with the requirements and wishes of consumers.
This is facilitated by: technical re-equipment of production and its equipment with new types of equipment and modern automation tools, constant work to improve the quality of products and their delivery on mutually beneficial terms.

Production of tire molds
Tire molds are the main type of products manufactured by PJSC "IFO". We are one of the leading suppliers of tire molds in Russia and the CIS countries, thanks to our achievements in the field of product quality improvement and absolute customer satisfaction.
The existing production facilities allow for the production of up to 1,000 molds per year, which are designed for the vulcanization of bicycle, motorcycle, passenger, truck and agricultural tires up to and including the size of 26" with a maximum outer diameter of the processed parts up to 1800mm.
The production annually develops 60-70 types of molds for new models of tires and tubeless tires.
PJSC " IFO " produces molds of various designs:
- molds with an equatorial connector and various types of tread pattern of complex configuration;
- container-type sector molds for vulcanizing passenger radial tires and tubeless tires that meet the increased requirements for power heterogeneity, radial and end runout;
- sector molds of single-phase and two-phase action, including with all-milled sectors, for vulcanization of radial truck, bus and trolleybus tires, tires of CMC, manufactured using special antifriction materials, eliminating the need for lubrication of interacting parts operating in friction conditions;
- smooth-profile molds of driving, cooking chambers, diaphragms with a high degree of accuracy of forming profiles and a tight fit of the joined surfaces on the connector;
- containers for sector passenger molds.
The production of molds is equipped with all types of technological equipment and covers an area of 3.5 thousand m2 .Finishing turning of complex shaped forming surfaces of molds is performed according to control programs on CNC machines.
The processing of critical structural elements of the parts of sector and conventional molds is carried out on modern boring machines and machining centers.
For engraving on the forming surfaces of molds of complex decorative inscriptions and special signs, a modern engraving machine "LANG" (Germany) is used.
Continuing to constantly develop, JSC " IFO " is switching to the production of new modern types of molds. For this purpose, the unique equipment of the Italian company "Fidia" for 5-coordinate milling of solid sectors was purchased and put into production.
In addition to the production of molds by milling, PJSC "IFO", thanks to close cooperation with European manufacturers of aluminum casting, has mastered the technology of manufacturing sector passenger molds with solid aluminum sectors.
