Isollate

The company "Special Technologies" was established in 2002 on the basis of the Institute of High-temperature Electrochemistry of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in cooperation with several military-industrial complex enterprises.

The first product of the companies "Special Technologies" was the liquid ceramic insulation coating Izollat. In 2003, a patent for the invention was obtained (RF Patent No. 2251563). In total, to date, there are 8 patents related to various materials of the Izollat trademark.

Later, the technology of applying diamond–like coatings DLC was mastered - an amorphous carbon coating with a thickness of 1-1.5 microns, combining the strength of diamond and the slipperiness of graphite. The use of DLC coating makes it possible to significantly increase the service life (by 5-20 times) of tools and equipment in contact with viscous metals: aluminum, copper, nickel, titanium-magnesium alloys, fiberglass.

Liquid ceramic thermal insulation "Izollat" is a new generation thermal insulation material that has found wide application in the process of insulation of objects of various scales and purposes in industry, civil construction, housing and communal services, energy, oil and gas complex. The material forms a light, elastic, flexible and very durable coating after application. Ultrafine thermal insulation is not subject to gorenje, is characterized by increased resistance to mechanical and chemical damage, reduces heat losses of insulated objects.

"Izollat" is effective in protecting surfaces from the destructive effects of UV rays - the thinnest layer of the coating perfectly reflects ultraviolet light and scatters radiation in the infrared and visible light stream.

Our company sells liquid thermal insulation, which has proven itself well when working at industrial and civil construction facilities. We offer a new generation of material that is different:

• good adhesion to surfaces made of different materials – liquid thermal insulation in Moscow is actively used when working with metal, plastic, wood, organic glass, PVC;
• simplicity of manual or mechanized application on the surface of a complex configuration;
• long-term operation (at least 10 years) without loss of technical and operational characteristics;
• availability – if compared with the total costs for the arrangement of thermal insulation, the price of Isolate is slightly higher than the cheapest mineral wool.
