About company
The most important thing in the machine is the base |
Our beds are made of polymer concrete, and here are the advantages of polymer concrete machines
Low surface roughnessHigh vibration damping properties (at least 8 times higher than cast iron) allow to obtain significantly lower surface roughness on the machined parts |
 |
Cutting tool lifeHigh vibration damping properties protect the cutting edges of the tool from rapid wear, due to the fact that the entire machine is rigid and stable - this reduces the cost of production |
 |
 |
Increased accuracy at t drops up to ±10 °CLow coefficient of thermal expansion allows to maintain the accuracy of the machine in a wide temperature range, unlike cast iron machines (±2 °C) |
 |
The cost of polymer concrete is lowerThe cost of production of a polymer concrete bed is significantly lower than cast iron, and this certainly affects the final price of the machine, making it budget |

3 pluses why we are better than others |
Polymer concreteThe base of the machine is made with the help of mineral casting mill with quartz filler⠀ |
PracticesOur total experience with CNC machines is more than 100 years. We really know how to do better |
We produce in RussiaYou don't need to communicate with the Chinese, look for translators. We speak Russian |
