The BAYSAR equipment manufacturing plant has been producing diesel generator sets, welding units, compressors, and lighting masts since 2009. Several hundred people work in production, and the annual output amounts to thousands of models. All equipment is exported to the USA, UAE, Germany, France, the UK, Australia, South Korea, countries in Africa, South America, and others. The equipment is imported into Russia under the BAYSAR brand.

Each stage of equipment production is carried out at separate facilities for assembly, painting, and manufacturing of components. This ensures high quality for absolutely every model, which is tested for functionality and compliance with international CE and ISO standards.

When manufacturing the equipment, components from well‑known brands are used. Diesel generators are equipped with engines from Cummins, Kubota, ISUZU, Yanmar, Perkins, Baudouin, IVECO, Deutz, Doosan, Weichai, Scania and alternators from Leroy Somer, Stamford, Mecc Alte. Lighting masts work with Yanmar, Mitsubishi and YangDong engines, compressors with Cummins, ISUZU engines, screw units from GHH-RAND, GE, AB, VMC.
