Working with requests

What categories of requests exist?

Any exhibition implies direct communication between its participants and visitors, and the Enex online exhibition is no exception. Our platform has the ability to ask any question of interest directly to the tool manufacturer, to a technical specialist or to the platform itself, if the question is of a general nature or related to the specifics of the online exhibition and purchases of goods on it.

All types of requests are available only for an authorized user - the “Communications" item appears in the header.

What is a question to a technologist?

Qualified technologists will help you choose exactly the product that will meet your needs as much as possible, contribute to the optimal use of your company's resources and achieve maximum effect in completing the task. If you are in doubt which tool will suit you, just describe your problem and send a message to the technician. After preliminary processing by the moderator, it will be sent to an employee who specializes in the corresponding tool group. Please note that technologists are highly specialized specialists and work with such nomenclature groups as metal-cutting, carbide tools and machine tools and tooling, where, in order to choose the right tool, it is necessary to have specialized knowledge. How do I contact the manufacturer directly?

Question to the manufacturer

You can address directly to the manufacturer any question you are interested in using the appropriate form, for example, on the page of the selected manufacturer. At the exhibition, each manufacturer has his own personal account and independently performs any operations, as if he did it on his own website. The message you sent will be instantly displayed in his personal account, and you will be able to continue communicating with the employee of the plant. Request an order from the manufacturer

A number of manufacturers have restricted their products from being purchased at the exhibition without prior request. This mainly concerns foreign companies that have specific requirements regarding the sale of their goods in Russia. If the sale of goods is limited on the website, you can always send the manufacturer a request for the sale of goods. Upon receiving this request, the manufacturer independently decides on the possibility of selling this product, which you will be informed about in a reply message and by email. The manufacturer can permanently open a sale at the exhibition for you or your company, or the manufacturer can also refer you to one of its dealers. Even if your chosen product is closed by the manufacturer for purchase, you can always find alternative offers of the same product from trading companies or pick up an affordable analogue. Learn more about how to find products available to order.

How do I ask a question to the Enex platform itself?

You can send any questions you are interested in to the Enex exhibition platform itself. They may concern both the participants of the exhibition and the goods presented by them, as well as the specifics of the exhibition. For your convenience, we have created a Help section that covers most of the standard questions. However, you can always ask your question to the Enex platform.

How can I monitor the responses to requests?

All requests, no matter what category they belong to, are assigned a unique number. Using it, you will be able to monitor the status of your appeal, and also, if necessary, always return to the questions you asked earlier. The history of all requests can be found in the personal account in section “My communications”. Any responses to your requests will be duplicated to your email so that you don't miss anything important.
