In Russia and the CIS, the "DWT" brand has been represented since 2001 and is a well-recognized trademark. As part of the process of globalization in 2012, DWT merged with the leading Chinese manufacturer of power tools — CROWN, which at that time had three modern factories and became one of the largest manufacturers of professional power tools in China. Now the DWT brand is part of the MERIT LINK group, which unites several international brands and promotes the products of high-end Chinese manufacturers on the global market.

All DWT power tools are sold with warranty and service support. Post-warranty service is also available. In 40 countries, there are more than 500 service centers where you can repair DWT tools. A wide range of spare parts allows us to repair tools quickly and efficiently. Our specialists in the service department have developed a wide range of services that provide a significant variety and quantity of spare parts for the distributor's warehouse, organize and control the stock of spare parts, plan the company's warranty service costs, manage accounts when using other service centers, guide the unification and compatibility of spare parts, determine the date of manufacture for each product, and verify the authenticity of warranty and service cards through the DWT website.
