Magnetic plates

The 7208 series rectangular magnetic plate is designed for fixing workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials during their processing on metal-cutting machines, locksmith processing and during control operations.

Rectangular magnetic plates exist in two versions: version 1 and version 2. The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 16528-87.

Small-pole magnetic plates

The 7208 series rectangular magnetic plate is designed for fixing workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials during their processing on metal-cutting machines, locksmith processing and during control operations.

Rectangular magnetic plates exist in two versions: version 1 and version 2.

• Pole-to-pole distance 4 (3+1), 2 (1,5+0,5)
• The poles are 3; 1.5mm wide and made of steel, and the gap between them is 1; 0.5 mm wide and filled with a non-magnetic material, brass.

The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 16528-87.

Electromagnetic plates

Rectangular electromagnetic plates are designed to fix workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials with the help of a magnetic field during their processing on surface grinding machines with or without coolant. The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 30273-98. The stove is powered by a 110 V DC power source.

Electromagnetic small-pole plates with transverse arrangement of poles

Small-pole electromagnetic plates with a transverse arrangement of poles are characterized by high power, structural strength and durability.

Features:

• Specific gravity of at least 40N/cm2;
• Durable and airtight;
• Eye bolts for transportation are included (for plates with a weight of 25 kg or more).

• The pole-to-pole distance is 15(3+12)

The 12mm-wide poles are made of steel, and the 3mm-wide gap between them is filled with a non-magnetic material, brass. The minimum size of the workpiece is 40x20 mm

• Pole-to-pole distance 28(15+2+11)

The 15 and 11mm wide poles are made of steel, and the 2 mm gap between them is filled with a non-magnetic material - brass or duralumin. The minimum size of the workpiece is 50x50mm.

• Pole-to-pole distance 4(1+3), 2(1,5+0,5)

The poles are 3; 1.5mm wide and made of steel, and the gap between them is 1; 0.5mm wide and filled with a non-magnetic material, brass. The minimum size of the workpiece is 40x20 mm

Electromagnetic small-pole plates with longitudinal arrangement of poles

Small-pole electromagnetic plates with a longitudinal pole arrangement are designed to fix workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials on the table of a surface-grinding machine during their processing. The plate has an adapter cover made of alternating steel and brass strips glued using special technology, which ensures high moisture resistance and transmission of magnetic flux with minimal losses.

Features:

• High rigidity, precision and tightness, guaranteeing reliability, durability and quality of parts processing;
• Specific gravity of at least 50 N/cm2;
• The service life is at least 10-12 years;
• Sizes from 100x250 to 630x2000 mm.

The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 30273-98. The stove is powered by a 110 V DC power source.

Electromagnetic round plates

The round electromagnetic plate is designed for fixing with the help of a magnetic field workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials during their processing on flat-grinding machines with a round table of accuracy classes H, P, B, A and C (when working with or without coolant).

Note: seats for mounting to the crown of the machine and other dimensions according to the technical specifications of the Customer.

The stove is powered by a 110 V DC power source. The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 30273-98.

Magnetic small-pole cartridges

Magnetic small-pole cartridge of the PMM series/PMMZ 7108 is designed for fixing various workpieces, including those with low thickness (height), made of ferromagnetic materials to ensure more precise flatness during their processing on metal-cutting machines, locksmith processing and during control operations.
