Magnetic plates
The rectangular magnetic plate of the 7208 series is designed for fixing workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials during their processing on metal-cutting machines, locksmith processing and during control operations.
Rectangular magnetic plates exist in two versions: version 1 and version 2.
The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 16528-87.
Small-pole magnetic plates
The rectangular magnetic plate of the 7208 series is designed for fixing workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials during their processing on metal-cutting machines, locksmith processing and during control operations.

Poles with a width of 3; 1.5 mm are made of steel, and the gap between them of 1; 0.5 mm is filled with a non-magnetic material - brass.

Rectangular electromagnetic plates are designed for fixing workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials with the help of a magnetic field when they are processed on flat-grinding machines with or without coolant.
The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 30273-98.
The plate is powered from a 110 V DC power source.
Small-pole electromagnetic plates with transverse arrangement of poles
ELECTROMAGNETIC RECTANGULAR PLATES WITH TRANSVERSE POLES are characterized by high power, structural strength and durability. Features:
- Specific gravity of at least 40N/cm2;
- Durable and airtight;
- Ring bolts for transportation included (for plates with a weight of 25 kg or more).
The inter-pole distance is 15(3+12)
The poles with a width of 12 mm are made of steel, and the gap between them of 3 mm is filled with a non-magnetic material - brass.

The poles with a width of 15 and 11 mm are made of steel, and the gap between them of 2 mm is filled with a non-magnetic material - brass or duralumin.

Small-pole electromagnetic plates with longitudinal arrangement of poles
SMALL-POLE ELECTROMAGNETIC PLATES WITH A LONGITUDINAL ARRANGEMENT OF POLES are designed to fix workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials on the table of a flat-grinding machine during their processing. The plate has an adapter cover made of alternating steel and brass strips glued using a special technology, which ensures high moisture resistance and magnetic flux transmission with minimal losses. Features:
- High rigidity, precision and tightness, guaranteeing reliability, durability and quality of parts processing;
- Specific gravity of at least 50 N/cm2;
- Service life of at least 10-12 years;
- Sizes from 100x250 to 630x2000 mm.
The plates are manufactured in accordance with GOST 30273-98.

Electromagnetic round plates
The round electromagnetic plate is designed for fixing workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials with the help of a magnetic field when they are processed on flat-grinding machines with a round table of accuracy classes H, P, B, A and C (when working with or without coolant). Note: seats for mounting to the crown of the machine and other dimensions according to the technical specification of the Customer.

Magnetic small-pole cartridges
Magnetic small-pole cartridge of the PMM series/PMMZ 7108 is designed for fixing various workpieces, including those with a small thickness (height), made of ferromagnetic materials to ensure more accurate flatness during their processing on metal-cutting machines, locksmith processing and during control operations.
