OOO "PO "DAKOND" - an association of enterprises with production sites, warehouse terminals, a scientific and analytical center, front offices for contacts with Customers and activities aimed at restoring the technological sovereignty of Russia. Since the registration of the DAKOND software, the range of segments of the electrical engineering industry covered by the enterprises of the association has been constantly expanding, and at present the main areas of activity of the Group are development, production, supply, integration and maintenance:

• frequency converters (including complete drive module - CDM) for AC motors with adjustable speed (GOST IEC 61800-2-2018) for asynchronous motors (GOST 31606-2012);
• air damper drives, throttle valves, control valves for ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, sanitation systems, etc.;
• capacitor power factor correction units – relay with DACOND contactors, thyristor with semiconductor valves, with harmonic filtering L-C circuits, as well as passive, active (AFG) and hybrid harmonic filters;
• programmable logic controllers (PLC) for controlling drives, complete converters, capacitor units for increasing the power factor, harmonic filters, etc. with software developed by DACOND, fully compatible with software platforms regulated by PJSC Rosseti in STO and technical policies;
• input (IU), input-distribution (ID), distribution (RU) devices, completed at the Customer's request in enclosures of specified operational characteristics;
• enclosures (cabinets, panels, shields, boxes) with sectioning, encapsulation of specified degrees of protection up to explosive zones and aggressive environments.

Distinctive features of the team and management of the Production Association "DAKOND" LLC were, are and will remain uncompromising in the future:

• an exclusively scientific and technical approach to the development, production, integration, and maintenance of products.
• front office managers are selected not only for their communication skills, but also for their technical education, and are also required to take advanced training courses in the profile of the products offered;
• working with the Customer's priority, including in terms of increasing its (the Customer's) qualification level by offering technically competent, reliable information without concealment and insinuations in the most understandable form possible.

At the present moment, PO DAKOND LLC, taking into account the failure of import substitution programs and the critical need of industrial, non-industrial, infrastructure facilities in Russia for frequency converters for electric motors, as well as air damper drives, control valves:

• is mastering the production of products that have the status of "Russian industrial products" (under No. 658-FZ or "domestic product" in the concept of PJSC Rosseti), which will make it possible to reduce or, in some areas, completely eliminate dependence on imports of these segments of electrical products in the medium term;
• modifies frequency converters and valve drives, supplied by special order from renowned Chinese manufacturers, to the level of quality and electrical and operational properties formalized in domestic technical regulations, federal standards and STO PJSC Rosseti.
