Own production base
Since 2008, our company has been producing products on its own production site. In a decade, we have gone from a screwdriver assembly to a modern machining center with a design bureau and a serious technical knowledge base. Most technical solutions, including the development of a complete set of drawings for new models, are carried out directly by our specialists, which significantly reduces the time required to manufacture new equipment. Due to a well-structured technological process, we have reduced the development time of basic pumping stations to 2 weeks. In 2019, the company received a certificate of origin in the form of CT-1, which guarantees our customers professional technical support for the entire period of operation of our equipment.
High quality standards
The high quality of PNEUMAX products is guaranteed by the developed multi-level control system, which begins with checking materials and components received from suppliers and ends with the transfer of finished products to the warehouse. All manufactured products undergo 100% output control, according to the results of which the corresponding protocol is filled in. Upon request, we carry out tests according to any agreed program in the presence of a customer representative.
Warranty service
Serial products, as well as custom-made stations, have a warranty period of one year. During this period, if necessary, we carry out free repair of components or exchange of out-of-order equipment for new ones.
