Can I return the purchased product?
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased on the Enex platform for any reason, you can return it or exchange it on the terms specified below.
Since buyers sign direct purchase and sale deals with manufacturers on the Enex platform, the product is returned directly to the manufacturers.
Return of good quality goods
The buyer-an individual has the right to refuse the ordered product at any time before receiving it, as well as after receiving the product - within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase. Return of the product is possible if its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved.
High-quality products that cannot be exchanged or returned are listed in List, approved by decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 of January 19, 1998.
In case of rejection of the product of proper quality, the cost of services for organizing delivery to the buyer is not refunded. Transportation costs for returning the goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer. The method of returning the product is determined by the buyer.
Return (exchange) of goods of proper quality by a buyer who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur) is not allowed.
Return of goods of poor quality
An individual buyer can return an item of improper quality within the warranty period for the product.
The duration of the warranty period is set by the manufacturer.A product of improper quality may be replaced with a similar product in agreement with the buyer.
The buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), in the event of transfer of goods of improper quality, has the right to make claims under article 475 of the civil code of the Russian Federation.
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the seller shall bear the cost of delivery of the software.
