Description
The machine is an electromechanical device. A powerful asynchronous motor (2000 W) is used as a drive, it has an electromagnetic brake system and a built-in device for disconnecting from the power source in case of overheating (thermal sensor).
The steel saw table (776×560 mm) and the saw assembly are mounted on the base. To orient the workpiece and ensure its rectilinear movement, the machine is equipped with a stop, the parallel guide of which is made of aluminum profile with the possibility of tilting from 0 to 45 degrees. The stop can be positioned both to the right and to the left of the cutting tool. It is easily rearranged. It is enough to loosen the lever, remove the hook, flip the stop and install it on the guides on the opposite side.
The stop guides are equipped with adjustable saw width scales. For precise positioning, there is also a scale of the sawing depth (on the wedging knife) and a scale of the angle of inclination (saw blade and parallel stop).
The angular stop and the saw blade tilt system (0÷45°) allow you to make precise cuts at an angle. The angular stop is installed in a special groove to the left of the saw blade and allows sawing the workpiece at an angle in the range from -45 ° to +45 °.
In order to prevent jamming of the saw blade, there is a wedging knife with a protective casing. For safe work with short and narrow workpieces, a pusher is used, which is attached under the saw table.
Two nozzles are provided for connecting external exhaust devices: on the protective casing of the saw blade (28 mm) and on the saw casing (38 mm).
The design of the machine allows you to conveniently move it manually (by the guides), transport and store.
